NSC | How to Resolve Unexpected Error when Memorizing a Journal
Scenario:
The customer is encountering an issue when attempting to memorize a Journal Entry in the system. Each time they try to save the entry as a memorized transaction, they receive the following error message:
The cause of this error is related to the name assigned to the Memorized Transaction. The system imposes a character limit for this field, and if the name exceeds the maximum allowed length, it may trigger the unexpected error.
The name of a Memorized Transaction must not exceed 100 characters. If the name is longer than this limit, the system may not be able to process the request correctly, resulting in the error message mentioned above.
