NSC | Expense Report > Resolve "Entity and Subsidiary" Error
Scenario:
User A has been assigned two different Employee Center roles, with each role limited to a specific subsidiary:
- Role 001 is restricted to Subsidiary A
- Role 002 is restricted to Subsidiary B
In User A’s Employee Record, their subsidiary is set to Subsidiary A. When User A logs in using Role 002 (linked to Subsidiary B) and tries to submit an Expense Report, they receive the following error:
This error occurs because the Expense Report automatically uses the subsidiary associated with the role (in this case, Subsidiary B). However, the user's Employee Record is tied to Subsidiary A, causing a mismatch between the employee and the subsidiary on the report.
