NSC | Match Bank Data page > Add Charge > Error
Scenario:
The user encounters the following error when trying to add a charge in the Match Bank Data page:
This error occurs when attempting to save the Charge, and it affects users regardless of whether they are using the Administrator role or a Custom Role.
This behavior is currently a system limitation in NetSuite. The error is related to the lack of support for custom forms or mandatory fields within the pop-up dialog used in the Match Bank Data page. An existing Enhancement Request has been filed to address this:
