NSC | Asset Revaluation > Import CSV > TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of undefined
Scenario:
The user is trying to process asset revaluation through the bulk revaluation csv upload. Getting error “TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of undefined”.
This error typically occurs when a required field on the asset record is missing or not properly configured. In this specific case, the issue was traced to the absence of a selected Revision Rule on the affected asset record. Without this value, the system fails to process the revaluation, resulting in a script error due to an undefined field reference.
Solution:
Access the Asset Record and ensure that all mandatory fields, particularly the Revision Rule, are correctly populated on the asset record
