NSC | How to Resolve Unresolved Errror When Creating a New Classification
Scenario:
The user, while logged in with the Administrator role, attempted to create a new location by navigating to Setup > Company > Locations > New. After entering all required details and clicking Save, an unexpected error occurred, displaying the message:
"An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information."
Solution:
The error is caused by an incorrect time format entered in the Time field. The user needs to review the user's preferences.
In this example, since the Time Format is in hh:mm (24 hours), this should be used. Upon aligning with the 24-hour format, the Location record can now be saved successfully without any errors.
