How do I purge Oracle Academy NetSuite Cloud demo accounts after use?
It is essential to perform this action immediately after the accounts are no longer needed, such as at the end of a class or semester. This ensures that all account logins and data are disabled and removed from the database.
Scenario: End of class or semester or when accounts are no longer needed.
Criteria: When accounts are no longer needed.
Steps: To disable and remove demo accounts, follow these steps:
- Access Administrator Role: Log in to your NetSuite account with an Administrator role.
- Company Information: Navigate to 'Setup' > 'Company' > 'Company Information'.
- Enable Purge Account: In the Company Information record, check the tick box for 'Purge Account'.
