NSC | Customer Message Not Showing on Invoice PDF
In NetSuite, Customer Messages let you add custom notes to transactions like invoices. These messages are often used for terms, thank-you notes, or special instructions.
In this article, we’ll show how to make sure the Customer Message appears correctly on your printed or emailed invoice PDF.
Description:
The Customer Message field must be added to your Advanced PDF/HTML Template to display on the invoice. If it's missing from the template, it won't show even if selected on the transaction.
Solution:
Step 1: Ensure the Message Is Applied
- Open the applicable Invoice record.
- Click Edit.
