New to NetSuite | Enter and Submit Expense Reports using other Roles
In the previous article, we discussed how to enter and submit Expense Reports through the Employee Center. Now, let’s explore the alternative method of entering Expense Reports. Users can submit Expense Reports for themselves or on behalf of other employees by using a role other than the Employee Center.
To enter and submit Expense Reports using another role, that role must have the Expense Reports permission with at least Create level access. An administrator can grant this permission by:
- Navigating to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
- Clicking Edit on the desired role.
