New IP Restrictions for Excel Web Query Reports
This notice is intended for customers who have the IP Address Rules feature enabled for your account and your account includes several reports that can be exported as an Excel Web Query.
What is Changing?
Currently, reports exported as an Excel Web Query can be accessed by any user, even if there are IP address rules on their employee record. As of July 18, 2025, reports that are exported as an Excel Web Query will be accessible only from permitted IP addresses. If no IP address rules are specified for an employee after this date, they will continue to have access to the reports through Web Query.
