Action Required: Upcoming SuitePeople Workforce Management Mobile App Version Release

This notice is intended for SuitePeople Workforce Management (WFM) customers who use the WFM mobile app on Android or iOS devices.

What is Changing?

The NetSuite Workforce Management mobile app will be upgraded to version 2.8.0 in Google Play and Apple App stores. This upgrade introduces bug fixes, performance improvements, and security updates.The following table shows the scheduled date and time of the version upgrade by region:

July 15, 2025, Tuesday, 10:00 AM

North America

PT (UTC -7)

July 14, 2025, Monday, 5:00 PM

Also, starting August 5, 2025, the WFM apps that are not using the latest version will automatically be updated. To avoid interruptions, go through the required actions before August 5, 2025.
