Incorrect and Missing Exchange Rates for Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

This notice is intended for customers who have the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature enabled in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from HSBC, one of our exchange rate providers.

What Has Changed

Due to an issue with HSBC, your NetSuite account may have been affected in the following ways:

  • Incorrect exchange rates may have been received for currency pairs involving the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), including USD/MYR, MYR/USD, and any currency pairs that use USD as an anchor currency to triangulate MYR exchange rates during the period from March 14, 2025, to April 13, 2025, inclusive.
