Email Sent Failed

I need some help
In undelivered emails, the reason for failure is displayed as Not sent: Blocked by mail filter.We have tracked the sender's email and found that the email was not sent. Confirmed that the Netsuite system intercepted the sending of this email .How to handle this issue.I saw some answers said that add a unique identifier, but we just need to send emails with the same topic to multiple people
