SuitePeople U.S. Payroll Medical Insurance for New Hire Reporting
This notice is intended for SuitePeople U.S. Payroll customers. To support ongoing compliance with New Hire Reporting regulations, SuitePeople U.S. Payroll will now include functionality to capture an employee’s Medical Insurance information during the hiring process. This information will be automatically included as part of New Hire Reporting.
What is Changing?
- A new subtab called Medical Insurance is now available under the Human Resources tab on the employee record to capture medical insurance related information for an employee.
- This enhancement will enable HR representatives to capture medical insurance information during the hiring process, ensuring it is accurately included in New Hire Reporting to support compliance.
