Colombia Localization SuiteApp: Change in Employee ID Field Behavior
This notice is intended for customers who use the NetSuite Colombia Localization SuiteApp. This notice is to inform you of the change that was included in the Colombia Localization SuiteApp version 1.0.22, released in May 2025.
What Has Changed?
Effective with the release of the Colombia Localization SuiteApp version 1.0.22, the behavior of the Employee ID field has changed. The Employee ID field no longer concatenates the Colombia identification number with the employee’s name. Instead, it now displays only the employee’s name.
Prior to Colombia Localization SuiteApp version 1.0.22, when creating or editing an employee record, the Employee ID field automatically included both the employee’s name and the Colombia identification number (e.g., “Juan Perez 123456789”).
