Reminder: Update Your SuitePeople Workforce Management Mobile Apps to Version 2.8.0

This notice is intended for SuitePeople Workforce Management (WFM) customers who use WFM mobile apps on Android or iOS devices. A previous notification informed you of the upcoming automatic update of WFM mobile apps to the most recent version. Before the update, ensure that your WFM apps are using version 2.8.0 to avoid interruptions.

What is Changing?

Last July 15, 2025 (AET) or July 14, 2025 (PT), the following WFM mobile apps were upgraded to version 2.8.0 to introduce bug fixes, performance improvements, and security updates:

  • Google Play Store – NetSuite Workforce Management
  • Apple App Store – NetSuite Workforce Management

Targeted on August 5, 2025, Oracle will automatically update WFM apps that are not using the latest version. To avoid service interruptions, go through the required actions before the update.The following table shows the schedule and time conversion for the automatic update.
