The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

License Check for Custom Transaction Types in the Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp
This notice is intended for customers who have the Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp installed in your account.
What is Changing?
Starting Aug 5, 2025, custom transaction types will have Electronic Invoicing license checks for generating, certifying, and sending e-documents.
Note: The license check for generating, certifying, and sending e-documents is already in place for standard transactions (such as invoices). Now, custom transaction types will have the same license checks. If you are using custom transactions for the same subsidiary as standard transactions, this change does not have any other impact on the processing of custom transaction types.
Recommended Actions
If you are using the Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp services for generating, certifying and sending e-documents for custom transaction types that belong to a subsidiary which is not listed in the
