Decommissioning eInvoice.sg Templates in the Singapore PEPPOL-Ready e-Invoicing SuiteApp

This notice applies to customers who are using the NetSuite Singapore PEPPOL-Ready e-Invoicing SuiteApp (com.netsuite.sgpeppolreadyeinvoicing) that uses eInvoice.sg templates. The new version of this SuiteApp will no longer support eInvoice.sg templates.

What is Changing?

Starting August 12, 2025, the Singapore PEPPOL-Ready e-Invoicing SuiteApp version 6.0.0 will end its support for eInvoice.sg templates and access points. After the upgrade, you will no longer see the eInvoice.sg access point registration method or access point details in the SuiteApp. The eInvoice.sg templates will also be removed from the e-document templates list.
