SuiteProjects Pro Status Page Change – Effective August 19, 2025
We’re updating the SuiteProjects Pro (formerly OpenAir) System Status Page as part of our ongoing effort to improve communication and ensure consistency across all Oracle NetSuite services.
What’s changing on August 19, 2025:
- New Status Page Location: SuiteProjects Pro Status will be incorporated into the NetSuite Status Page here: https://status.netsuite.com/. SuiteProjects Pro current Status Page URL will automatically redirect to the new page, no action is needed.
- Maintenance Alerts: SuiteProjects Pro Maintenance Alerts will no longer be posted in advance to the status page. However, they will continue to be sent via email notification and available on the SuiteProjects Pro Login Page here:
