New to NetSuite | Account and Posting Period Fields are Greyed Out in Expense Report
Scenario:
When creating an Expense Report, users may encounter an issue where the Account and Posting Period fields are greyed out, preventing them from being selected. This issue occurs regardless of whether Approval Routing is enabled, or the Standard Approval process is being used, affecting the flexibility of expense reporting.

The Account and Posting Period fields are greyed out during the initial creation of the Expense Report because the report is either still in Pending Approval status or has not yet reached the Accounting Approval stage.
