What does the "Phone Calls" permission do?
Access to Phone Call Records: It allows users to view, create, edit, and manage phone call records within NetSuite.
Logging Interactions: Users can log details about phone conversations with customers, leads, prospects, vendors, or other contacts.
Task Management: Phone calls in NetSuite are treated as a type of activity or task, so this permission also lets users assign, track, and complete phone call tasks.
