New to NetSuite | SuiteCommerce Store Locator

Store Locator is a feature available within NetSuite’s SuiteCommerce and SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA). This helps online shoppers find your physical store locations (or other relevant business locations, such as service centers or distributors) directly from your website.  

Store Locator also helps customers pick up orders from a store, instead of having them shipped. 

For the Store locator to work, you must have a Google Maps API Key which can be obtained from Google. See Use API Keys on the Google Maps Platform for instructions. 

Once you enable the Store Locator feature, your customers can: 

  • See store locations in a list and an interactive map.
