Design Changes for Enhanced Timesheets Using Workforce Management Wage Rules

This notice applies to:

  • You are a SuitePeople Workforce Management (WFM) customer.
  • You might be using the Enhanced Timesheets Using Workforce Management Wage Rules feature when tracking employee hours in weekly timesheets.

What is Changing?

Starting September 12, 2025, visual design for the Enhanced Timesheets Using Workforce Management Wage Rules feature will be updated to align with the latest Redwood user experience. Expect the following changes when you access weekly timesheets:

  • On the Enter Time subtab, status colors will be updated as follows:
    • Open – Remains white
    • Pending – Changes from blue to light orange
    • Approved – Remains green
    • Rejected – Remains red
  • On the Hours Breakdown
