New to NetSuite | Approve and Reject Buttons are Missing in Expense Reports (Scenario 2)
In the previous article, we discussed the most common scenario users typically encounter regarding the issue of missing Approve and Reject buttons on Expense Reports.
Typically, the first step is to verify whether the accounting preference “Approval Routing” is enabled for Expense Reports, as this is often the primary reason these buttons do not appear.
For NetSuite OneWorld accounts, if the Approve and Reject buttons are still missing even though the Approval Routing preference for Expense Reports is disabled, users should also review the Subsidiary record.
Specifically, check if the Default Payable Account for Expense Reports field is populated. If this field is left blank, it can prevent the system from properly routing or processing Expense Reports, which may result in the missing action buttons.
