New Permission for SuitePeople Performance Management
This notice is intended for accounts configured with the SuitePeople Performance Management feature. This feature has introduced a new permission, Talent Employee, to be added to your NetSuite roles. This permission is required for employees to see their own performance reviews and goals and those of their direct reports, and for any role with the Talent Administration permission. Without this permission, users will lose access to any Performance Management features they currently have.
What Is Changing?
Effective October 14, 2025, you’ll need the Talent Employee permission to access Performance Reviews, Goals, and areas of focus. To minimize the impact on your business, this permission will be automatically added to the following roles:
