The NetSuite Account Center Is Transitioning to NetSuite 360

This notice applies to U.S based companies who use the NetSuite Account Center. Targeted for October 14, 2025, the NetSuite Account Center will transition to NetSuite 360.

What is Changing?

Starting October 14, 2025, the NetSuite Account Center will change to NetSuite 360, a consolidated platform for managing support cases, processing NetSuite invoices, contacting support, and more. Note: As part of this transition, Estimates and SuiteSource will not be available in NetSuite 360.

For accounts with a U.S.-based billing address, NetSuite 360 introduces the following two new dashboards:

  • NetSuite 360 Dashboard – This dashboard will enable you to:
    • Manage support cases, issues, and enhancements
    • Contact support
    • View details about your Advanced Customer Service or Learning Cloud Support subscriptions
