Upcoming Changes to the NetSuite Account Center: Name and Role Updates

This notice is intended for all NetSuite Customers with a non-US based billing address that use the NetSuite Account Center. Targeted for October 14, 2025, the names of the NetSuite Account Center and the roles required for accessing the center will change.

What Is Changing?

Targeted for October 14, 2025, the NetSuite Account Center will be renamed NetSuite 360 in your account. Additionally, the names of the special roles currently required for accessing the NetSuite Account Center will automatically change as follows:

  • NetSuite 360 – The NetSuite Support Center (Basic) role will change to NetSuite 360. Users with this role will continue to have access to Support cases and issues, but not to financial capabilities of the center.
