Action Required: Subscribe to Receive Notice of Changes to the Oracle Cloud Services Addendum (FSA)

This notice is intended for customers who have signed the Oracle Financial Services Addendum (FSA).

What is Changing?

Effective October 23, 2025, the Privacy and Compliance dashboard in the NetSuite Account Center (NetSuite 360 in accounts with a U.S.-based billing address) introduces a new subscription feature. With it, you’ll be able to receive automatic notifications about updates to the Oracle Cloud Services Strategic Subcontractors list.

Note: The notifications do not have a set schedule. They will be sent out whenever changes to the list occur.

Required Action

Complete the following instructions to subscribe for updates to the Oracle Cloud Services Strategic Subcontractors list referenced in the FSA, Section 6.2 Strategic Subcontractors. The subscription is available starting October 23, 2025. To sign up for automatic updates to the Oracle Cloud Services Strategic Subcontractors list:
