End of Support for the Retail Apparel Vertical Initiative SuiteApp

This notice is intended for customers who use the Retail Apparel Vertical Initiative (RAVI) SuiteApp (ID: 111213) and may be impacted by upcoming changes. Support for this SuiteApp will end after November 19, 2025.

What is Changing?

Effective November 19, 2025, support for the RAVI SuiteApp will end. After this date:

  • No future enhancements or updates will be rolled out to the SuiteApp.
  • Any future issue fixes or customer support for the SuiteApp will also not be available.
