Action Required: Project Charge-based billing rules maintenance
This notice is intended for customers who use charge-based billing rules and may be affected by a future issue resolution.
This is to notify you that NetSuite will release an issue fix on December 11, 2025. After this minor release is complete, you are advised to check your charge-based billing rules for changes made by the release.
What is Changing?
An issue was discovered where fixed date charge rules created in time zones with a higher offset from the company or subsidiary result in the start date being shifted to an earlier date. This can result in the creation of incorrect actual charges.
