Incorrect Peruvian sol (PEN) Exchange Rates

This notice is intended for customers who have the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature enabled in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from Xignite, one of our data providers.

What Has Changed

Due to an issue with Xignite, your NetSuite account may have received incorrect exchange rates for Peruvian sol (PEN) currency pairs on one or more dates between November 24, 2025, and November 28, 2025 (inclusive).

Recommended Actions

To ensure accuracy, we suggest that you review exchange rate-related processes in your NetSuite account. You should review processes involving Peruvian sol (PEN) exchange rates between November 24, 2025, and November 28, 2025 (inclusive), including the following:
