Action Required: End of Support for Syncing Shopify B2B Orders Through Legacy B2B Order Sync

This notice is intended for customers who use the Shopify B2B Connector and currently syncing Shopify B2B orders using the legacy order sync behavior and/or operate under a special license arrangement.

What’s Changing

When Shopify B2B support was introduced in NetSuite Connector in February 2025, certain existing customers were allowed to continue syncing Shopify B2B orders using the legacy order sync behavior under a special arrangement. Legacy order sync behavior will continue to be supported for the duration of your current license term. When that license expires, you must transition to the supported Shopify B2B connector and license to continue syncing B2B orders.
