NetSuite 360 Redesign Introduces Two New Dashboards
This notice is intended for customers who use NetSuite 360, previously known as the NetSuite Account Center. NetSuite 360 has been redesigned and will introduce two new dashboards.
What Is Changing?
On January 26, 2026, NetSuite 360 (formerly the NetSuite Account Center) will roll out a new redesigned consolidated place for managing support cases, processing NetSuite invoices, contacting support, and more.
NetSuite 360 will introduce the following two new dashboards:
- NetSuite 360 Dashboard – This dashboard will enable you to:
- Manage support cases, issues, and enhancements
- View details about your Advanced Customer Service or Learning Cloud Support subscriptions
- Access the Action Items and Notifications portlet
- This portlet will enable you to view product change notifications sent to your account’s primary contact, as well as other notifications that may require action from you.
