Correction: Re-register your FedEx account with MFA for FedEx REST integration (NetSuite 2026.1)

This message corrects the Required Action steps communicated in a prior message about the FedEx integration change in NetSuite 2026.1. The earlier notice contained inaccuracies in the step-by-step instructions. Please follow the corrected steps in the Required Action section below. No other aspects of the change have been modified.

You may have received this message because your NetSuite account uses the FedEx integration feature and this feature may be impacted by an upcoming change. As part of the NetSuite 2026.1 release, the FedEx integration will shift from using SOAP web services to a REST API. To continue using the FedEx integration after your NetSuite account has been upgraded to 2026.1, you must re-register all your existing FedEx accounts in NetSuite, using FedEx multi-factor authentication (MFA). Until MFA re-registration is complete, FedEx shipping label creation may fail.
