Updates to Subscription Metrics SuiteApp Version 2.0.0

This notice is intended for customers who use the Subscription Metrics SuiteApp.

Target Release Date

Release to Production Accounts: February 18, 2026.

What is Changing?

Starting February 18, 2026, the Subscription Metrics SuiteApp will be automatically updated to version 2.0.0. No manual action is required for the upgrade. If you don’t review the changes before February 18, 2026, you may notice differences in your dashboards and reports after the upgrade.

The following enhancements will be included:

  • New tabs for Retention and Unit Economics will be added.
  • Revenue tab will be further enhanced to display new bridge charts and trend graphs.
  • Setup page will be enhanced to include new KPI formulas.
