SuiteScript or NS APIs to check all features(under Enable Features) enabled or not before deployment

Hellooo!

We are having frequent deployment failures in our Netsuite customer accounts as they are knowlingly or unknowlingly altering dependent features that we need for our SuiteApp deployment.
I am from automation background and I want to write SuiteScript or NS APIs to check all features enabled or not before deployment. Don't want to do UI automation here, Kindly suggest how can I achieve this in best possible way.
