NetSuite uses select third-party AI models to support various AI-powered features.

The NetSuite application, NetSuite SuiteApps, and NetSuite add-on modules include features which utilize the following third-party AI models:

  • Cohere Command Models
  • OpenAI GPT-OSS
  • OpenAI GPT 4.x and GPT 5.x
