The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

HSBC Online Application No Longer Supported in NetSuite Payment Automation After March 4, 2026
This notice is intended for customers who have HSBC payment automation configured in your NetSuite account.
You’re receiving this notice because Payment Automation is installed in your account. HSBC is consolidating areas of its portfolio and is ending its partnership with NetSuite Payment Automation Cloud Service. The end of support for the Payment Automation SuiteApp is targeted for December 31, 2026. As a result, the option to apply for HSBC online accounts in Payment Automation will no longer be available after March 4, 2026.
