To avoid confusion and get the fastest help, please use this guide.

Ask in this community (NetSuite product help) if you have:

  • An exact NetSuite error message (copy/paste)
  • A NetSuite “how-to” question (navigation, entering transactions, record setup)
  • A permissions symptom (missing menus/fields/buttons, “insufficient permission”)
  • A product behavior question (required fields, posting periods, form behavior)

What to include (so experts can answer quickly)

  • NetSuite page/screen name (e.g., Vendor Bill, Sales Order, Item record)
  • Steps you took (what you clicked)
  • Expected vs actual result
