HOW-TO: Add educator as Admin (required) + reset student passwords (OA NetSuite demo accounts)
Oracle Academy Support cannot reset passwords for NetSuite demo accounts. Student login IDs may be anonymized/generic and not tied to a real inbox, so students often can’t use email based “Forgot Password.”
What to do: Have students add the educator as an Administrator early in the term. Once added, the educator can reset the student’s password directly in NetSuite.
