New to NetSuite | Enable Blocklist Domains
When enabling this feature, you must login as administrator in your NetSuite Account. To get started:
Note: This feature is available for SuiteCommerce, SuiteCommerce Advanced (2025.2 and later), and SuiteCommerce MyAccount.
1. Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Configuration.
2. Select your website and domain, then click Configure.
3. Go to the Advanced tab and the Blocklist Email Domains subtab.
4. Check the Enable Email Domains Blocklist.
5. In the Domain field, enter an email domain you want to block. For example, example.net.
6. Click Add button to add the domain to blocklist.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 if you still have domains you wish to block
8. Click Save
