Shopify APIs Migrating to GraphQL

This notice is intended for customers who use the NetSuite Connector for Shopify integration.

What’s Changing?

NetSuite Connector will begin transitioning Shopify order sync flows from the REST API to GraphQL. The migration will start on April 15, 2026. After migration, the system will no longer support certain REST-based mapping fields. As a result, some Shopify connector mappings will become invalid when their endpoints move to GraphQL. You must review your existing mappings and take the required actions between April 15, 2026 and April 30, 2026 to ensure a smooth transition.

Recommended Actions

To prevent disruption to your Shopify data sync, review the impacted mapping list and confirm whether you currently use any of the impacted mappings. If you use an impacted mapping, complete one of the following actions between
