New to NetSuite | Reference Product Review Records

in SuiteCommerce, Mobile, and Retail

The Reference Product Review Records SuiteApp provides contains the custom records, lists, and fields necessary for storing and managing product reviews in SuiteCommerce.  

When you install the Product Review SuiteApp, several important records are added to help you store and manage product reviews in SuiteCommerce: 

  • Product Reviews: This record maintains all incoming product reviews. It appears as the Product Reviews subtab in the SuiteCommerce Product Reviews tab of the Item record. Any reviews submitted by shoppers are stored here. 
     

Important: Avoid editing or removing the Item ID and Item fields in this record, as these are critical for proper backend functioning.
