Updates to the Navigation and Subsidiaries List View for Intelligent Payment Automation

This notice is intended for Customers using NetSuite Intelligent Payment Automation.

You are receiving this notice because you use NetSuite Intelligent Payment Automation and will be impacted by changes included in the upcoming scheduled upgrade on April 22, 2026.

What is Changing?

Version 3.1.0 of NetSuite Intelligent Payment Automation, scheduled for installation on April 22, 2026, updates the subsidiaries list view to improve scalability, performance, and usability.

For OneWorld accounts with multiple subsidiaries, the following enhancements will be included in version 3.1.0:

  • Faster Load Times – The subsidiary landing page is redesigned for faster access and simpler management. After the release, typical load times should be reduced.
