Important Update: Shipping Integration in Sandbox and Release Preview

This notice is intended for customers who have at least one shipping carrier account setup in their account.

You are receiving this notification because your account may use the Shipping Label Integration in NetSuite Sandbox or Release Preview accounts. Shipping carriers have removed support for carrier sandbox accounts in REST- and OAuth-based shipping integrations. To align with these carrier changes, NetSuite has updated the Shipping Label Integration behavior in Sandbox and Release Preview accounts.

What Is Changing?

Starting February 23, 2026, for integrated shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS/Endicia), carrier sandbox accounts are not available in NetSuite Sandbox and Release Preview accounts. When you use the Shipping Label Integration in NetSuite Sandbox or Release Preview accounts, you must use the same production shipping carrier account used in your production NetSuite account. Any labels generated in Sandbox or Release Preview are live, shippable labels and may incur carrier charges.
