NSC | Locations Related Record Missing in Analytics Item Type Dataset

in Accounting / ERP

Scenario:
The user encountered an issue in their Production account where an Analytics Dataset based on the Item record type displayed the following error:

"This dataset contains fields with data that you do not have access to, or which has been altered or corrupted. The data and the number of rows displayed in the dataset may be inaccurate because the criteria and filters based on those fields are not considered."

The affected dataset specifically involved the Locations related record, which suddenly became unavailable or invalid.

Solution:
This behavior is a known limitation when the Advanced Item Location Configuration (AILC) feature is enabled.
