Upcoming SuiteProjects Pro Network Access Changes for IP-Based Allowlisting

You are receiving this notification because your SuiteProjects Pro sandbox or production account may be affected by upcoming network access changes. Oracle NetSuite is updating how SuiteProjects Pro traffic is routed. As part of this change, SuiteProjects Pro traffic may use different IP addresses. If your organization allows SuiteProjects Pro access by IP address, users or integrations may be unable to access SuiteProjects Pro after the applicable change date. The change is targeted for June 16, 2026, for sandbox accounts and July 7, 2026, for production accounts.

What Is Changing?

SuiteProjects Pro traffic will be routed through updated delivery and security infrastructure. After June 16, 2026, for sandbox accounts and July 7, 2026, for production accounts, SuiteProjects Pro traffic may no longer use the same IP addresses. IP address-based allowlisting for SuiteProjects Pro access is not supported. If your organization uses firewall, proxy, security appliance, or other network controls that allow SuiteProjects Pro access by IP address, you must update those controls to allow SuiteProjects Pro domains instead.
