NSC | Testing a New SuiteBuilder Customization That Includes Forms, Fields, and Records
When a new customization is built in SuiteBuilder, it is important to test all parts together before using it in production. Even if the form looks correct, the fields or record setup may still behave differently than expected.
This guide focuses only on the SuiteBuilder side of testing, including:
- custom forms
- custom fields
- custom records
Before You Begin
Before testing, confirm which SuiteBuilder components are included in the customization.
This may include:
- a custom form
- a custom body field
- a custom column field
- a custom record type
- field sourcing or defaulting
- field display or required settings
It is best to test in a sandbox account first.
