Narrative Insights is Unavailable in Intelligent Close Manager

You are receiving this notice because your account uses NetSuite Intelligent Close Manager.

What's Changed?

On May 5, 2026, the Narrative Insights feature was disabled from Intelligent Close Manager. NetSuite is evaluating enhancements to the Narrative Insights experience in Intelligent Close Manager to help ensure consistent performance and reliability. During this time, AI-generated insights are not available in Intelligent Close Manager.

Recommended Actions

No action is required on your part. If your workflows rely on AI-generated insights in Intelligent Close Manager, please plan accordingly while this feature is unavailable.
