NSC | Smart Count Error “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setValue')”
Scenario:
The user installed the WMS bundle with Smart Count in a Sandbox account and completed all required prerequisites, enabled features, preferences, configurations, and saved searches. However, when attempting to enter counts in the Mobile Emulator, the system returned the following error for all items:
“Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setValue')”
Solution:
This issue can occur when the SCM Mobile components are not updated to versions compatible with the current NetSuite release.
To resolve the issue:
- Update the SCM Mobile Bundle to the latest version compatible with the account’s NetSuite release
- Navigate to:

- Locate the
