Important HIPAA Guidance for NetSuite Customers

This notice is intended for NetSuite customers who are subject to HIPAA compliance requirements.

You are receiving this notification because you have been identified as a customer that must comply with HIPAA requirements.

What's Changing?

Oracle NetSuite has recently updated certain AI features and functionality in its product offerings. The AI features that are part of the functionality, modules, and services listed on the Oracle NetSuite HIPAA product webpage have not been assessed for HIPAA compliance.

Required Action

At this time, the AI features have not undergone a formal HIPAA compliance assessment. As a result, they should not be used in connection with workflows involving protected health information (PHI) or other sensitive data subject to HIPAA requirements.
